HOUSE OF HIRANANDANI

Villa 484 holds a special place in our portfolio, stemming from a referral by a previous client that allowed us to prioritize thoughtful design. The clients, relocating from the USA to India for an early retirement, sought to maintain their accustomed lifestyle in a new setting. Situated in an emerging villa community in North Bangalore, this 4BHK property occupies a prime corner plot.

The exterior adheres to the gated community’s uniform Spanish architectural theme. Inside, the clients envisioned a maximalist modern Indian aesthetic. The ground floor opens with a foyer leading to a vertical circulation zone, where we incorporated a stylish bar. This flows into the heart of the space: a living room and dining area that extend seamlessly to a spacious garden. The open kitchen is discreetly positioned away from the living area but connects directly to the dining room.

Textured stucco walls, marble flooring, and extensive wood detailing—paired with soft lighting and plush fabrics—create a rich material palette throughout. Complementary elements like rugs, cushions, dining linens, plants, and curios add vibrant bursts of texture and color.

The ground-floor bedroom aligns with this design language, featuring cozy bay windows in warm, inviting tones.Drawing inspiration from below, the first floor includes a spacious master bedroom and kids’ room, both opening to balconies. Wooden flooring, crisp white walls and ceilings, glass accents, and layered soft furnishings in colorful textures complete the project, celebrating Indian materials and sensibilities alongside the perks of modern furniture.
