The property fronts a narrow 30-foot road to the east, with four-story buildings crowding the other three sides. It features a 3BHK duplex elevated on a ground-floor pedestal dedicated to car parking, alongside a compact 2BHK unit designed for future rental potential. The duplex itself boasts a double-height skylight that floods the open first-floor plan with natural light, even in its deepest corners. The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly into one another, yet are strategically arranged to discreetly conceal the kitchen’s functional elements.
