Nestled in a dense Bangalore neighborhood bordered by the bustling IT sector, a vibrant food district, and a serene forest, this project was crafted for a young, modern family seeking contemporary comfort.


The property fronts a narrow 30-foot road to the east, with four-story buildings crowding the other three sides. It features a 3BHK duplex elevated on a ground-floor pedestal dedicated to car parking, alongside a compact 2BHK unit designed for future rental potential. The duplex itself boasts a double-height skylight that floods the open first-floor plan with natural light, even in its deepest corners. The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly into one another, yet are strategically arranged to discreetly conceal the kitchen’s functional elements. A powder room and an ensuite bedroom complete this level, with large windows ensuring essential cross-ventilation in every space.


The second floor houses two ensuite bedrooms—the spacious master for the couple and a kids’ room—both opening onto a cozy TV lounge. To the east, a generous common balcony provides ample space for intimate gatherings.


The overall design reimagines classic exposed concrete and brick facades, standing out elegantly amid a sea of mismatched modern interpretations in the neighborhood. Interiors revolve around matte wood finishes, punctuated by luxurious accents like leather, smoked glass, and stone. Flooring maintains a clean aesthetic with white matte marble tiles in common areas and warm wooden planks in the bedrooms.
